 FAQs

  • Simply head to our shop and select which asset you would like us to produce. Select your specifications and choose your quantity. Make sure to upload your artwork and then add to cart. Once you’ve checked out, you’ll receive correspondece from one of the team verifying your order and they’ll give you a delivery date. Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information.

  • Of course. Provide us with the URL’s and other relevant information via the contact page along with your order reference and we’ll create the codes and send you back the artwork for you to approve.

  • Black Terrier works to 5-7 working day turnaround for all orders from receipt of approved artwork. Need it urgently? We have a fast turnaround option at checkout and guarantee arrival of your order in 2-3 working days (if not quicker).

  • Our main objective is efficient production of assets. The more time we spend on design, the less time we spend getting the QR’s produced. We do however offer a range of basic templates for you to choose from. Simply provide us with a PDF of your logo and table number range and we’ll drop your QR into our template.
